I LOVE TRAIL RUNNING !!!

ITS NEVER EASY BUT ALWAYS WORTH IT
 so many new friends
 Buntzen Lake

 The View at Deep cove is always beautiful
 Tuesday night trail run followed by the boot camp

North Shore trails are my home away from home ....its my happy place ;)
