Hike / canoe to Lake Lovely Water ...with claire

The only way to get to the trail head is by Helicopter or the cable cart ,but alpine club has the key and you need to be a member  or you have to take a canoe across and stash it in the bush until you come back .
We decided to canoe , and I don't suggest anyone to do it !!!   Not only is the river very fast ,but you have to know your map and compass very well to be able to find where you have left your canoe for after you return .

This is the bridge you will cross  before you get to the cabin . This cabin is only for Alpine club members and you will  need a key to stay there . Toni a friend of claires that we brought was friends with Alpine club  , so we were aloud  to stay in the cabin , so happy it was so cold with all the snow still in the mountains
