I have always dreamed of a girl trip that included my Mom and my sister
When I found   this hike I knew it would be the one we could all do together .
One of the nicest trips I have done , not only did my sister and Mom come but my three best friends
Penny , Sonia , Amanda , and My Aunty Le-Anne who I have always been close to .

Day 1  We flew out to Vegas , rented a car dropped our stuff off at the hotel we would be staying in Vegas after the hike in a couple of days .
We then drove to Out Door World just out side of Vegas that had all the supplies we would need for camping . The drive from Vegas to the hotel we stayed at was about 1 1/2 .  We stayed the night and  woke up early to drive to the start of the trail head .
Just as we were about to get into our car cam up to the Van started telling us on how he is a peace walker walking for peace in the world  and even had it tattoo on his back ...WOW this guy had stories . .

We arrived at the trail and began our Journey amazing !!! The hike was not very technical but was a challenge for sure and with the weight of the pack and the heat is was a work out . Most of the way to the Village was Down in to the canyon .

Entering the Village was a Shock and now I know why phoning to make reservations for this trip took so long ....NO ONE IS IN A HURRY !  and I was shocked how dirty the Village was . The hotel that is on the Village trust me never book a night !! it looked like something form a horror show . Surprising there was a school I dont think anyone goes .  There were dogs every where and looked happy though free to run anywhere , but the donkeys and horses broke my heart over worked for sure . They were used to carry  supplies to the Village and to carry peoples bags out of the canyon .

Finally after you leave the Village about 5 km you will enter the falls ! We stayed two nights the next day we spend swimming and hiking in the falls
Day 3 we hiked out most everyone but Amanda and I got there packs carried out by the horses because there feet were so blistered . I never did just because they broke my heart and I am against animal slavery .
I think By the end of this hike  everyone was proud of them selfs and they should be  .
I honestly wish I could bring everyone I know here  !
To swim in the falls and sleep under the biggest stars I have ever seen . One of the most beautiful places I have ever been .

Vegas Here we come we finished our hike and drove to Vegas where we stayed and hung by the pool shopped and ate lots ...Perfect trip !
